Description of the Issue: I looked all over google and here in the forums for a fix to the problem im having, and those that I have found similar to my problem, the fixes there, do not help at all... or I get confused and/or lost.

I usually get online during the afternoon hours and was just opening up the FTB launcher, loaded up the game, updated the launcher itself and then it asked me to update the mod pack that I have installed.
I did that and then was like, guess theres going to be new things wooot!.... Press the launch button on the bottom right and ... says:
Error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch

Now, there are other errors on this forum that apply to this, but some of the fixes, I get lost.
There are no definite answers. Some are talking about the path of the FTB folder, but I dont have my regular minecraft and the FTB minecraft connected AT ALL (sometimes I like to play without mods), and the FTB stuff is on the desktop.
Other times they say to do things (such as resetting the java perimeters or to delete files in the roaming folder (which doesnt apply because my FTB is on the desktop -- theres no roaming folder involved) and these things dont work.

Plus, im not sure where to find the pastebin file that way I can post it here for all you tech savvy awesome guys/gals to help me out.
I can copy past the console information if that helps, but thats all I really know how to do.
Took me at least four days to load up the FTB mods (sometimes longer for some mods), for minecraft, and I can be stupid when it comes to fixing them.

Does anyone have any ideas that would help me?

Pastebin is a website where you can 'post' your console log. There's a button on the console (second window that starts with the launcher) which lets you post the log. Whether or not your FTB is on the desktop does not matter for the roaming folder, which you can find by typing %appdata% in the address bar of explorer.

No, you don't have to delete your regular minecraft. But there is a folder in %appdata%\roaming called 'ftblauncher'. You could try deleting that one (close the launcher first).

Figured out what was wrong.
The FTB launcher was trying to automatically download the Direwolf 164 pack that I dont use, dont need and dont want to use.
Kept telling me there was a problem, because I downloaded the Feed The Beast Unleashed mod pack, whereas it was trying to download and play the Direwolf modpack.
No offense to Direwolf (though ive never heard of the guy or gal before), but I dont want to use your mod pack.

This thread can be deleted or marked as solved.
As.. FTB MC is now working perfectly fine.
