Having a hard time downloading server files...

I've been trying to download the server files for FTB Unleashed since last night, 19 times out of 20 i get a 503 error when I click on the link. The only time I got the link to download a file it took an hour for a 68 MB file, and when I tried to extract anything it gave me another error.

Has anyone else had anything similar to this, or heard of it? Is it something on my end?

Edit: The error I'm getting from WinRAR: unexpected end of archive.

I've tried re-downloading the files, same issues. It takes forever to get the prompt to download the file, and then it takes a long time to DL the relatively small file only for it to be corrupted. Is there an alternate link for the server file? do i need to enable/disable settings or something on my computer?
