I don't know, maybe server overload or something. I have no idea why it's giving a constant bombing of that.

Looks like that line of error doesn't occur when nobody is on the server.

Sorry, you are a new user, so your link did only get approved just now.
Hence my confusion

It seems like someone (or something) is crafting something and then throws an error the game log.
Are there any auto-crafting systems present on the server?

I suspect Steve's Workshop more than the Cyclic Assemblers.

Could you perhaps disable both autocrafting methods one by one and see if the log spam stops?
If there are multiple setups of each of the systems spread over your server, you may want to backup the world and simply remove the Steve's Workshop or Thermal Expansion for testing purposes.
After you're done testing, you can then revert to your backup. :)

it did stop, everytime steve's autocrafting pops, the log continues spamming. Is it harmful?

I don't know.
It certainly makes that your log file grows faster.
A server reboot every two hours may be wise.

okay, I found out the effects.
2 days server on with the constant spam of the thing.
6 GB logs.

Told ya so! XD
If your server host has an automatic restart option (I know Multicraft does), I would enable it if I were you.
