Have i been setting up my reactor corrrectly?

I am using Reika's Reactorcraft, and i cant seem to get the fusion reactor to work. I followed his YT video and used the Tokamak Blueprint Torch, but it still isn't working.
The rings are all getting power, and they recognize the solenoid(which is spinning). I also made sure they were facing the correct direction.
Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong?

Note, I have no experience at all in this mod so I may very well be wrong but the rings near those yellow blocks seems wrongly placed.

I am assuming they need to form a circle but either their position and/or orientation seems wrong

I thought of that, but i used the blueprint torch that comes with the mod. Also I watched his vid on this reactor, and they looked the same way. :/

I do believe that you need coolant supplied to the magnets now.

OHHHHH DUH i forgot about that, i'll try that

Edit: How do I supply the coolant? Btw im running 1.7.10, v15 of the mod

I FIGURED IT OUT!! My solenoid was spinning too slow, it was spinning at 512 rads, I am now spinning it at 1024 rads and IT WORKS

Edit: I also added coolant
