If you are trying to keep an exact amount in a chest, like Logistics Pipes did with the supplier pipe, unfortunately no. If you want to just keep items in a chest then attach an me interface to it and in the export section of the interface enter the item(s) you want to keep. According to the applied energistics website a bus to keep exact items stocked is a feature that has been requested but to my knowledge has not been implemented yet.
