Harvest Moon rebuilding buildings.

Hi! I'm new to this mod but I really really enjoy it. I wanted to know if me rebuilding my buildings will conflict with the NPCs arrangements. It'd be really nice if I saw what I could do :) Thank you for taking the time in reading this!

When you click on the structure block (ex: town hall) there is a button that says repair building

Assuming you mean harvest festival

what is a structure block? I summoned a wither i middle of the world and the forest next to my cafe burnt down, and now half of it is gone. The NPCs would respawn if i kill them in the next day, but the cafe won't repair. but what is a structure block? Can you give me more details? I have the Farming Valley modpack, but I don't think it's related.
