impossible when you change the config it is global and affects all of your SP worlds ( but not multiplayer )
You could gut one of the other modpacks and just shove ftb ulti in there with the easymode config.Thanks anyways
Use multimc to import the ultimate pack into an instance. Customize the instance in multimc. You can create an instance for each world and customize the config for each.
I like to do a creative instance and a survival instance, so I can lock the game difficulty and NEI modes for each instance. Probably some way to update the mods in multimc, but i usually just copy+paste from the FTB folders or from the mod's download site directly.
