Hamachi problem?

Title Hamachi problem?

Details of the issue My Friend and I have been trying to set up a server for only the two of us, but it didn't work so we downloaded Hamachi, he has downloaded the server on hamachi and set up a new ip for it but he can join but i cant. Can anyone help.
