I have too many mods, I can't figure out which one adds the recipe for gunpowder to be made from glowstone, redstone and charcoal. I want to disable and only make it from sulfur, saltpeter, niter and pulverized coal/char so that I actually have a reason to find those materials...

Does anyone know which mod adds said recipe ?

Ahhh... Can't say that I've ever crafted it with so many creepers and bats in the nether dropping it.

My next best guess would be Metallurgy.
Metallurgy, last I checked, allowed crafting of it, but it involved metallurgy utility ores, and no glowstone.
That being said, this was several minecraft editions ago, so I should check again to be sure.

Most mods that add it it's a combo of sulfur, saltpeter, and coal/charcoal(/dust). A wise coder does so using ore dictionary names for it's parts, such as KingLeming seeming to register his Niter as saltpeter, as well as his sulfur as "normal" sulfur.

Yeah, I noticed that. Its great with railcraft and TE. I want to use Niter, saltpeter and sulfur but not glowstone/redstone. I don't like that. I want to have a reason to seek out sulfur and saltpeter, etc. With IC2's dynamite and Balkon's guns and random grenade like things from several mods, I just think the glowstone/redstone recipes make it too easy...
