Growth Rates on server

Hi All,

I seem to have another problem. The grass doesn't seem to be growing back at all, and the plants / crops seem to be taking an age to grow. Does anyone know where I should start to look to try and diagnose this issue please?

hmm, looks like it could be related to tick counts and /tps

No idea what I'm looking at though at the minute :S
