This may have been posted before but i found a unique mod interaction that while gamebreaking is 100% not hacking and will grow crops nearly instantaneously with no bonemeal ... ok i lied you do need bonemeal for the initial recipe but thats it.
start out by making 4 farmland patches and place a sprinkler in the center of each. !! make sure that the four patches of farmland are arranged in a plus sign with a 3x3 area of non farmland in the center

now in the center of the farmland patches that you left blank place a AM2 sigil stand surrounded by silver inlays.
craft and place a sigil of natures bounty on the stand.
this creates a overlapping growth acceleration field which applies a permanent bonemeal effect on all blocks within it's radius resulting in constant instantaneous crop growth.
using this setup on UN-tilled soul will result in constantly regenerating flowers and tall grass for easy seed and flower collection
