Problem GreifPrevention and Mods that have block placing blocks

I cannot figure out why this doesn't work. everything that places a block(turtles, fillers, builders, that one RP2 block i can't remember the name of) doesn't want to place the blocks. turtles can still break blocks, same with fillers. the server i play on(i am not the owner nor an admin but i feel that if i can help then i should.) is running FTB Ultimate v1.01. The server specs are as follows: AMD FX 8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor 4.00GHz, 16 GB DDR3-1600, OS running from dedicated SDD's, Minecraft Servers running on dedicated SSD's, Cloud and Local Backups, 80/20 mb internet connection. ive played on servers before with this plugin and used fillers and turtles and they worked fine for building.

Hi. You can trust the fakeplayers in griefprevention. Tell your players to /trust [[BuildCraft]] - [redpower] - [computercraft] to make stuff like deployers, turtles and fillers to place blocks within claims.
