Hi
I am running a MindCrack server. Just simple setup for a few friends.

But when we try to build a macerator for example
We find that the receipt is very very expensive.

I assume that this is Greg tech taking over.
Is there a way to still allow the normal receipt and still have greg tech activated?

You need to edit the configs. It should be pretty easy, though everyone on the server and the server itself will need the configs edited. Make the changes to one config put it on the server and upload it to a place for your friends to download.

Change this line to false.
B:ExpensiveMaceratorRecipe=false
In this folder:
MindCrack\minecraft\config\GregTech
To this file: Recipes.cfg

Edit: Open the cfg, config, file with notepad.

will we have issues or will this mean that only I can use the new receipt?

Server Config always takes priority. If you change the config on the server that will be the recipes that will work for craft item. If the player files are not changed it will still show the hard recipe in NIE but they won't be able to craft it, they will be able to craft easy recipe but it won't show in NIE

Nope, reread Dingham's post. "Server Config always takes priority" means even if the user changes it, if the server has it hard it will be hard. If the server has it easy it will be easy. User config matters not in this case for being able to craft it. I just wanted to make sure there were no errors for the users and that like Dingham said NEI would show the correct recipe.
