Greg Tech - Quantumsuit Overload

I believe that it allows GregTech to override the IC2 quantum suit with its own code so that the config file can disable select portions of it.
 
I'm not sure the overload option actually does anything anymore, it was originally added to fix bugs in the QSuit.
