Ender-thermic pump in the middle, on top you can have any tank. From the tank run a few liquiducts/fluid nodes/buildcraft pipes etc. into lava generators adjacent to the pump. Jump start the generators with one bucket of lava and wuolaa!

I use the same setup in my world, except it only uses one lava generator. I believe I only need to give it a bucket of lava to give it a kickstart and then it's all set, since it seems that the pump will first transfer the fluid to the generator, then the tank, so no need for a transfer node.

There's no kill like overkill. Technically this is a lot more than you need. And that's stopped no one ever. Besides, it's not like it's hurting anything.

I prefer 1 magmatic dynamo and BC pump, because 1 dynamo cheaper and more efficent than 4 lava generators. Also I can't find the difference between good old BC pump and expensive "lag-free" EU pump.

EU pumps chunk load themselves, BC pumps don't. Also EU pumps replace lava blocks with stone. This helps with lag since the BC pump leaves hundreds of flowing lava blocks.
