Summary of the problem gravestone beacons do not disappear

Pack Version 3.0.1

What is the bug? after destroying my gravestones the colorful beacons do not disappear.

They're not supposed to, so far as I know. Hit the "M" key, go to Waypoints in the map, and remove the beacons.
