Hey there, I got a somewhat of an issue with the memory on Feed the Beast Unleashed. Here's really what's going on:
If I use 512 MB, I don't get a error saying "Out of Memory" in the console, but I have severe lag whenever chunks are being saved (And apparently they save more than 4 times each minutes, so that's 3 second lag spikes 4 times every minute MINIMUM), and when I use 768 MB, I have no lag what so ever when the Chunk saves are comming up, but after a while the lag gets so severe and I get the "Out of Memory" error in the console, forcing me to restart FTB Unleashed everytime that error comes up. Which is ridiculously annoying. And I cannot choose memory somewhere in the middle of there, if I push it to the middle of them it either goes to 512 MB or 768 MB, no way for me to use anything in between.
Is there no way for me to be able to play the game with no lag at all? Because all I have to choose from now is either 4 lag spikes or more every minute, or having to restart the game every 15 minutes, both are incredibly aggrovating and I just want to play the game lag free untill I see fit.
Here are the specs of my computer:
Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3,4 GHz.
Nvidia GeForce GT 640 3 GB.
8 GB RAM @ 768MHz.
350W PSU.
I personally feel that I should be able to play it normally with these specs, I don't know if it has to do with that I use a 32 bit Java on a 64 bit computer. I tried updating Java but for some reason it was still 32 bit Java. Would appreciate any help.
