74. Good weekend for me; was good for my soul. Seeing live music, one day and good friends from up country on another is always nice :)

79 Wait. F.D.R. called a bank holiday in 1933 and that helped the great depression. IS THERE SOME SORT OF STOCK MARKET CRASH GOING ON THAT I AM NOT AWARE OF!?!??!?!??!?!???!!?!?!??!!!!

82 *whispers to @triggerfinger12* (you went up by 10)

For my part, its a good even though it won't sound like it: my youngest son has chickenpox. Despite the itching and obvious discomfort, he's being a very brave little boy about it, and I'm hoping that getting it NOW will save him a lot of pain in the long run.

I've never had it, so I'm... worried.

82. Thanks @duckfan77 :) He seems a little brighter this morning, hopefully he's over the hump of the worst of it now.

Its my turn to do cakey Friday again this week, but all my plans (limited though they were) of home baking have rather gone out the window - as chickenpox is infectious and doesn't show for the first couple of days that its infectious, I really don't want to be making food for people, just in case. So I'll be buying some cakes and/or biscuits in the morning.

83 Just be aware of the shingles virus!!! If you've had chickenpox, your chances of getting it are like 100% (according to the commercials)

I've not had chickenpox, so it will be that - which is quite serious in adults. My son has had it for the last few days, so I'm expecting symptoms any day - which is why I'm giving the home baking a miss!

85 I acquired chickenpox back in elementary.. resisting the urge to scratch was very hard.
