31 because I just used every single Rare Candy I've collected in order to get one of my pokes in Emerald to teach itself Dig without me having to use up my TM of the move (which I'm saving for Groudon).

I think I'm fairly well prepared for Victory Road now, since I can bail out at any time if things get hairy without having to fight my way back to the entrance.
