43 I don't think so, remember that the show where it is based on has often people disappearing because unstable matter and even has someone getting cloned and turned into a dog(same person even).
It also already had people switching body's. Thus this is not that far off.
Another reason why I doubt it are just metaphors is because a few rows down was a picture that was probably made by the same person featuring Yumi and Ulrich and here was the boy also pregnant. I doubt they are metaphors for just being fat as those two are really not the kind of people you suspect to get fat.

Luckily it is just "fan" stuff so who cares
