And also think that a few days ago it was 15 at most and suddenly lets make it 25-30 or something?

Well, my body will get used to it and I will end up drinking hot chocolate in the sun again, eventually but the sudden change makes me sick.

well, in the house I live we have litterly nothing to cool it down. And as I have a computer 24/7 and the sun directly on my room >_>

I have one somewhere but its on a hard to get to spot if its there in the first place, if not I have no idea where it is>_<
