45 you do nothing, it use your brain for its processes.
and it is not, why do you think we don't use our self for the task

* Suddenly you get an enormous headache, it get worse and worse and it starts to effect your body. You slowly loose sight, start to become death and paralyzed. You then loose continuous. You find yourself in a dreamless sleep as XANA starts to take full control over your brain, removing everything that takes up unnecessary processing resources and thus everything that makes you, you. You get carried back to your pod, your body get connected to the central blood pump, several organs that won't serve a purpose for you get remove, like your hearth, lungs and everything that has to do with eating as you now get oxygen and "food" from the central pump they are not needed. Then we strip more away to make sure you could never live again out of the pod.*

45 because you take to much processing power XANA decided to remove "you" so your brain could focus on what is important

45 how on earth are you still talking? You don't have lungs anymore and everything that makes you you is gone
