What kind of stuff do you have issues helping with? I might be able to help you with it, I have worked as a tutor before

Thanks chap; its very basic stuff like getting him to read with me or drawing an anglo-saxon coin or something. The problem is more me having the motivation, and getting them to have the motivation, to do it.

43. I am also tired. But then I did do 30 minutes of exercise last night; for me that's a lot at the moment. 
43. I'm OK! I fell asleep putting the kids to bed again last night, so I lost the whole night's worth of chance to do stuff. But otherwise fine!
43. And Cakey Friday, at my work! I specifically didn't eat much breakfast nor put myself much for lunch, on account of the amount of cake I was thinking about eating.
