48 we are talking about nullable arrays here.As well as nullable arrays containing other objects and nullable objects in general.
I'm sure you can find some way to do it, but it would make parsing it a lot more complicated than just using json

52 I also believe its an item in modded minecraft. If I remember correctly it can be used to make sure you only get one stack of something, as everything else of the same item will be destroyed the moment you pick it up.
