79 I know ReactorCraft does (and it also has a block that turns its steam into Forge steam)... although why you'd want to use a BR turbine with one of those is a mystery to me.

78 I wasn't speaking about BR Turbines, Mek9 was released and it adds industrial turbines, and a new heat system.

79 Nonetheless, ReC already has its own turbines, and has had them for a while. It also has a gigantic multiblock RF dynamo that can only be attached to those turbines.
