@RealKC You wake up, and the first thing you notice is that you are alone, in almost total darkness. A slight amount of light comes from everywhere, and nowhere, and you see a single door in front of you.

88 @RealKC, just a tip. The first post in an rp needs to show the terrain or setting of the current scene this helps the other players to know what to do. I would also stay away from directly interacting with the others so the first post can be about how their character looks (Unless that isn't needed during the first post and the interaction is needed to deliver the setting correctly). Both of those things aren't needed if your players make a char sheet first and you define the terrain/setting before you start.
ok, now that you posted before I was done with mine. It looks like you want erin to make the world, in that case its better to either explain your character and say how it got in erin's world while also making sure you only have interaction with erin after he made his post which shows his character and explains his world. The reason for this is simple: your character will react differently depending on erin's character (you will react differently to a normal human vs a giant floating kraken with laser eyes )
again, they aren't rules just some things that make "spontaneous" rp's easier

93 // @RealKC , I am not going to say the next thing to iritate you or to make you feel bad but here are some guidelines to make an rp like this go smoother You said that it will be erin's world, therefore you should let erin decide. Also don't expect that people want to play as their avatar especially as some can't even play as their avatar ( @Someone Else 37 for example who would then be forced to play as 3 triangles). Let people introduce themselves instead it makes it much more pleasant for everyone involved trust me

Xar takes a deep breath as he aims his bow at his practice target. Just as he is about to release the string to send the arrow flying he notices light appearing next to him and taking on a form. Xar immediately lets the light that forms his bow and arrow go and bows in front on the new light. The voice of his master speaks to him from out the light: "They have found each other". Xar swallows, he has heard of the prophecy like everyone else. No one knows what would happen next as the prophet, an by now ancient angle died while he was writing it down. The voice continuous: "I want you to have a look at what they end up doing and do whatever necessary to make sure whatever is supposed to happen, won't". Xar stood up, he was honored that this task was given to him but afraid he would fail, after all he was still a child.
Before he could say anything the voice went on: "I know you are currently questioning yourself but there is no need for that. Look at your shooting targets, for many they are too far away to even see yet most can't even remember the last time you missed a single shot". The light disappeared, leaving Xar alone once again.
Xar knew where he had to go but he had to do something else first. Light appeared in his hands and forming a bow and arrow. Xar aimed, took a deep breath and released the string. The arrow flew through the air, then encountered the flesh and skull of a young girl before hitting the wood behind her. Xar smiled as his bow disappeared once again. Once again he managed to hit his target. He then spread his feathered wings and took of. He had to fly over the city to get to the world hole. Xar loved how the city looked from the sky. It was made purely from different kinds of white stone and gold was used to give the buildings that last bit of detail they needed.
Xar landed before the building that houses the world hole. The giant doors opened automatically for him. Xar slowly walked towards the hole which was in the middle of the massive building. He was amazed by how massive this room and the giant pillars that supported the roof where. He wished he had more time so he could give the fine details engraved in the pillars and the enormous painting on the floor the time they deserved but alas he had no time for that.
He ran towards the hole and once there he took a deep breath before letting himself fall in it. Xar fell for what felt like ages, going through multiple clouds before he could finally see the dark tendrils of the edge of the world surround him. As darkness closed Xar in it became more and more difficult for him to breath and eventually he became unconscious. Yet fear never took over Xar as he knew this was supposed to happen and he knew that it wouldn't be long before he would wake up in the world he needed to be.
