Good PvP mods?

So I am looking to make a PvP modpack. I am now searching for mods that add PvP centered items (like ICBM for example). Are there any more good ones out there?

Given RoC has one-shot weapons, probably not.

Witchery is a really, really good PvP mod, though, lots of unique mechanics to keep it all fresh.
Bm can be cool, but is too overpowered in the confines of normal PvP
Botania has some cool stuff that can help with PvP, so that could be a interesting thing to look at (in 1.7)

I'm talking about items like the arrow cannon, heat ray, rail gun, force fields, EMP. The items made specifically for PVP. P.S. To make any of the weapons one shot, you need the equivalent to tens of thousands of RF/t. Yes, even the gravel gun.

I speak as a long time user of Rotary Craft.

I agree with them being good mods for PvP, however I wonder if there are any less known mods also? Like the Zelda mod I had never heard of and I'm quite impressed actually. Are there any more mods like that available?
