LOL.

Funny thing is, I now know the answer to my original question, and I didn't get it from this thread.

I usually advocate being nice to newcomers... but there is just so much wrong with this post that I'm inclined to call it a purposeful troll.

if you really want the ultimate GT reactor- go fusion! more power than you can shake a cable at.

Okay Tobias, if your post was meant seriously, I apologize. But please note:

- This thread is 9 months old
- It was necro'd once already, the responses to which you were able to see just two posts above yours
- You're posting a design that is not yours, with no other content besides that
- You're posting a design that is many months old and has been discussed in many places already
- Direwolf20's design was built for show value, and is actually not a good design (prohibitively expensive to build, gigantic running cost per cycle, very difficult to automate)
- This thread is about GregTech reactors, you posted one that has nothing to do with GregTech whatsoever, largely because...
- ...Direwolf20 doesn't even play with GregTech, and never has
- And you used the wrong link to boot

Considering this was your first post, you might understand why that would leave an unfavorable first impression with other forum users. Try and use up to date threads, stay on topic, provide original content and proofread your posts. I'm sure you can do better if you try! :) Other than that, welcome to the forums.

hideously expensive, so a true endgame item.
its a LARGE multiblock.
heres the wiki page, you want the mk2.

heres a thread of mine that helps break down the requirements.

ignore the last post.
I used two AE networks, one for each fuel, to keep it from over-processing tritium and not making enough deuterium. still working on getting a net gain of tritium.

Ugh, I really don't like the new fusion reactors. Too complicated, even by Greg's standards. The GT fission reactors are fine, why can't it be the same for fusion? He should have kept the old fusion reactors.

LOL, if you don't like it, you're gonna love gt in 1.6.2. You need stainless steel just to make a base IC2 generator.

If you want massive power gen that has consistency and complexity and don't want the GT version, I recommend the Atomic Science mod.
