Gone for a while

I took a break from Minecraft.

But now i am back, and i see alot of new modpacks...

The one i dont know about is
FTB Ultimate
YogCraft
RPG immersion


Now, as lonley i am, i have no others to play with, and no server to jump on.
I am wondering what modpack is best for me then?

Depends on your playstyle.

Ultimate is basically a combination of Mindcrack and Direwolf20. It has the most mods, but it also has Gregtech recipes on by default.
Yogscraft is a modpack based on what the Yogscast guys use. If you are a fan of them, try it out.
RPG Immersion is based around the Divine RPG mod. It has *no* tech mods, includes a lot of new and very dangerous mobs as well as a lot of new armor and weapons. Good if you prefer the 'survival' aspect of the game to building structures and machines.

RPG is... well... RPG in minecraft
and yogcraft is just another version of direwolf20 and mindcrack, just a tad different.

Also, I took one look at your avatar andsuddenly Brain's voice was coming out of Hugh Laurie's mouth. It was quite fitting.

Finally, I use DW20+

Namely+Bibliocraft, Minefactory Reloaded, and soon a few others.

It's a decent pack with a decent mix of mods. Nothing too over the top, nothing particularly challenging (I'm looking at you, Gregtech/Mindcrack/Ultimate.), just a nice, fun, relaxing mod pack.

Pretty much what everyone says. If you are going for RPG i suggest more Slow's Pack then RPG just to have some stuff to build. Also wait for some more updates as Divine is borked
