I recently moved from a 4 Mk V to a 6 Mk I and now an 8 Mk I reactor set up, all the reactors are exactly the same block for block, part for part but for some reason the same 2 reactors in my 8 rig set up keep blowing up without warning with enough force to decimate their reinforced stone containment and exterior blast walls (for where ME cables come out) they should be shutting off if the thermal monitor reads more than 1 and they should ditch all the components in the reactor nearly instantly too but none of this is happening. for a test i deliberately derp loaded ALL 8 of my reactors with too many quad plutonium cells and no cooling at all ( i was feeling lucky) and they all survived, doing exactly what they are meant to do except.. the same two that just go completely off the wall, instantly explode and annihilate everything in a 10ish block range. in part two of my test i loaded 3 of my reactor compartments (the reinforced stone compartments with 1 nuke each and detonated them all at the same time, besides a little bit of noise there was no damage at all.
Before anyone mentions the obvious, is the recipie right.. but wether it is or not is inconsequential, it is not what im reporting.
Edit:
Its very possible that there is only one mental reactor and its causing such severe damage to the reactor next door that it causes it to overheat and bypass all of its failsafe circuits, this has happened once to me when it blew 2 chambers off a different reactor causing it to burn its remaining cooling and overheat (i caught it before it went up)
Any ideas?
