Glitch or Bug with energy cells?

Using version [1.7.10]4.0.3B1-218 of Thermal Expansion. The configuration tab exists, but nothing else is on it. I can still configure it, but it is a bit confusing. Any fix for this, or this just a glitch in the current version of the mod.

Can you reply with any active resource packs and the console when you open the GUI?

No resource pack, just a bug in cofh core or te, using a slightly older version and works like a charm.

Did you post this bug anywhere else? If they don't know, they can't fix it. @King Lemming
