You mean the PotatOS from the Portal Gun mod? To my knowledge the only use is attaching it to a default Portal Gun and creating the almighty Potato Gun.
Slowly release Neurotoxin into the air, until all living creatures in the world dies. Her twin sister NetherOS will release Neurotoxin the Nether, turning every block into lava. EndOS willdeteriorate every block in the End via neurotoxin.

I was thinking about making a custom Super Hostile modded map, including a computer which is something like Red Queen/GlaDOS. Basically, she tries to kill you because she's trying to contain a Very Bad Things. But over the centuries, has gone more than slightly mad with boredom. So she sees you as both a playtoy to entertain her with, and an intruder to be executed. The combination of these two directives is something the player will have to deal with. Consider, if you will, Castle Heterodine from Girl Genius. Something like that.
In effect, it's the reason there are so many lethal traps in that part of the map. There's all kinds of devious tricks I've been working on, many of which are based on Vech's designs, but either made more compact or improved upon with access to mods. I'm tempted to use ComputerCraft (with ALL crafting recipes disabled) monitors to display messages upon certain events occurring. Things like "Oh, you survived that? Well, looks like you'll be entertaining after all!" or "I hope you have Blast Protection..." (as it triggers Creeper Toilets with Nitro Creepers to start spawning right under you).

Man I despise Valve and even I recognise that Portal is one of the greatest games I've ever played, easily up there with Baldur's Gate 2 and Planescape: Torment.
I'm sorry, but what uses would she (or "it" if you prefer) have/would have? You need to explain more or make more sense.
It took Agatha a couple of days. It was only being used as a repository for a decade because it was a conveniently lethal place to stick people which was a 'fate worse than death'.So it takes several real-life years to get through the map?
