Gl error 1285

Alright so trying to play Unleashed and getting some massive lag after about 5-10 minutes, error is popping up Gl error, @ Post Render, 1285: Out of Memory. If it matters here also is the pastebin of the error http://pastebin.com/5nA3xMwJ

Edit: If it matters, don't have any problems using Retro FTB Mod or Galacticraft Mod Packs.

Edit2: Unhinged seems to work fine with no lag, though I'd rather not play it since i want TC and not GT.

Edit3: Last edit till probably tomorrow, Unleashed 1.1.5 seems to be working fine with no crippling lag so will probably just use that for now.

Also seems to happen on the new Horizons Modpack.

Uninstall 32 bit java, install 64 bit java, then allocate more RAM

Well, error is still popping up, but no longer gives crippling lag, so thanks.

It will continue to appear because there are things within the game that cause the errors.
I haven't quite figured out the best ways to avoid/prevent them yet, but when I do I will be posting an informational in the Tech Support section of the forums.
