GFiller wont work

so bsically i set everything up right. the patter forclearing and the landmarks but it doesn?t clear. So what did i do wrong?

if your useing it above ground its best to use flatten(3 glass in middle row 3 bricks on bottom)

Try picking the filler up and re-marking the area. The top should turn green when its set up right.

Re-place it as celestialphoenix suggest but also how much power are you giving it? You may not have enough. Also make sure the energy conduits are facing the right way.
