can have acces to add my 3party modpack to ftb 3party modpack list of ftb?

There are guidelines for 3rd party packs. I'd go read that section of the forums. It covers submissions, permissions, etc.

It's not actually up. He made a pack, posted here hoping the modpack team would put it on the launcher. He needs to do alot more than that
