Details of the issue:
I was playing my world and i was planning on making a building for thaumcraft. I wanted to see if i could hide the thaumcraft pipes behind facets so i spawned one from every mod that has facets and at a certain facet it just crashed. Cant open that world anymore. My question is: where is your inventory saved? I can just delete it from my inventory by digging in the save, but i need to know where all the data is. I already deleted the one from playerdata. But it doesnt help.​

If you're on then it'll be in your level.dat file. If on server, then on the playerdata file (*your uuid*.dat) which you probably tried, so check the level.dat file.
