Problem Game Stutters

I have been playing sky factory 3 for 3 days and since day one i have had stutters i have tried with all different ammounts of ram alocated from 6gb to 12gb my pc has a 1060 and a 6 core i7 wh=ith 16 gb of ram I am aware that i dont have he best pc but i play other games like escape from tarkov and warzone and have no problems if anyone has a fix for this problem it would be greatly appreciated
