Game runs slow even with optifine

Every time i try to play ftb i start a world and i cant move and if i move my mouse it moves 5 mins later i have all my settings down and it still doesnt help even with optifine could someone help me with this

Try disabling all big mods and see how it goes.
Then enable the mods one at a time to determine what mod causes this
Lag.
