Details of the issue This mudpack, or any other mudpack for that matter will START to Download, but then stops and says that I need to update my Java. My Java is the most up to date version for my OS there is. I would LOVE to play some of these mod packs but.....

Check the Twitch App settings to make sure the right Java version is used to launch the packs. Also uninstall any old versions of Java.

All of that has been done and still the same thing. I've been trying this for several weeks now. I know my System can handle it so that's not an issue. I run around 115 mods for my single player games on a regular basis and keep around 160 fps. If I disable mods to be below 100 I run an average of 200+ FPS. I have around 100 mb/s DL speed and 70 upload. I am at a loss for what to do at this point.

This is what I get. I've got 4g allocated. I've tried to drop it down to 2 and STILL get the exact same error message. I've increased it up to 6g and still the same thing.
I've tried to increase the Permsize to 512, I've even set the System Variables for Java to -Xmx512, I set the Path to C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin F:\JDK\bin still nothing. I am at a loss.

Install and use java 8

I DO have Java 8. AS I said earlier this is from 3-4 days ago. I had 7 and 8 both installed at the time, I tried to get the game to use 8 but it reverted to 7 so I uninstalled 7 and all I have now is 8 and I STILL get the same response.

From your log it states that the game is using java 7 - you have to make sure the launcher uses java version 8.
(and also make sure you've installed the 64-bit version of java 8)

Check that and post a new log if it still fails - this time READ THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to share logs.

Amazing....You harp on 'reading the instructions' yet haven't apparently read my posts. But that is neither here nor there, I fixed it and it had nothing to do with Java. Thanks anyway though.

I read everything you wrote.

The instructions given states to use a paste-service (paste.feed-the-beast.com) - not to paste directly here - this you did not follow.

The log you shared showed that you used java version 7 - even if you say otherwise, the log states a different fact.
(it's quite common that people asking for help says one thing - then a log shows different - that's why we ask for the logs)

If you make changes between sharing a log, say switching from java 7 to java 8 and you still get crashes - then you share a new log.

So I'm asking you - when did I not read your post?

Are you seriously saying that you are using have 8 while your log has a line such as

Ok Grandolf I will make this as simple as I possibly can....If you will Notice I stated earlier, The log that I posted was from 3-4 days EARLIER and that there WASN'T one for the time I was asking for help.

This is from 3 days ago. I tried to get a more up to date one but there wasn't one available even though I ran it several times this morning.

So Yes the Log DOES say Java 7. As far as posting the Log, I followed the link I was given and did exactly what it told me to do. I am not an idiot, so don't speak to me like one. And jikuja I would recommend YOU read the entire thread as well. Apparently no one bothers to do that. They skip over things and leads to situations like this. But be that as it may I fixed it on my own and as I ALSO said it had nothing to do with Java. It was my Video card.
