game keeps lagging up in some BoP biomes

hey is there a way i can get the game to preform better, sometimes it just laggs up with no reason.. mostly in some of the BoP biomes in unleashed. but also in magicfarm all over the place. got any idea?
 
Well, to start, we need some information.
Which modpack/version-Some versions of the modpacks are very unstable and can cause more lag than others.
Operating system/bit type
Java version/bit type
Added JVM arugments
Amount of RAM allocated
Other processes running during play
In game machines/chunk loaders/etc.​
 
ahh i found the problem after some time.. i found out that for some reason it had only installed 32 bit java and not 64... thax for the help :D
