Summary of the problem Game freezes and stutters regularly

Pack Version 3.0.9

What is the bug? Since I upgraded to Sky Factory 3.0.13, I am regularly experiencing severe lag. The game regularly pauses for a few seconds then resumes. Sometimes it reaches a point I have difficulty moving around, as it freezes nearly all the times. I cannot track it down to a specific mod. It seems that anything can cause it, including but not limited to flowing water, mana pulses from Botania, looking into the direction of RFTools teleportation beam, looking at Storage Drawers with items in them, the presence of several entities, EnderIO or Ex Astris machines that render animations when working, etc. There is nothing excessively huge on my map. The lag appears when looking at a set of 8 2x2 drawers full of Botania flowers and petals. I have just five mana pools linked with spreaders shooting mana beans around (plan to replace with sparks). I have a single RFTools matter transmitter, not a ton of them active simultaneously.

I am running the game on a Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 and am more and more wondering if my specs are just fake. Could it happen that the CPU displays as an i7 while it is internally an i3?

Mod & Version Sky Factory 3 3.0.15 exhibits the same issues.

Is it repeatable? I don't know exactly the steps to reproduce. It happens regularly and could result from the way I combined mods.

Known Fix Relogging doesn't help. Restarting the game completely seems to reduce the lag, making it playable again, but the problem can resume at any time.
