What is the bug? While I'm playing Sky Factory 3 everything was fine but every 8-10 minute, the game freeze for 1-2 second and then it back to work again.

It keeps happening every time I play it
but I don't know what causes it.

Sounds like the GC is running amok... try allocating a bit more memory if you can. Also, MultiMC might help with that issue, since many people report that heavy packs run much better there.
