Game Failed to Download?

So I downloaded launcher and ran it, but then it said it failed to download and the log showed this:

[WARN] Connection failed, trying again
[INFO] Connecting.. Try 2 of 5
[WARN] Connection failed, trying again
[INFO] Connecting.. Try 3 of 5
[WARN] Connection failed, trying again
[INFO] Connecting.. Try 4 of 5

[ERROR] Download Failed
[ERROR] Error occurred during downloading the game

Windows 7 64-bit

I have the most current launcher version I just downloaded it.

Minecraft Version 1.4.2

I have Java 7 Update 9, Java Update 1 64-bit, and JavaFX 2.1.1.

Ok, first isolate your Java FX. Put it on a flash drive when you're trying to play. Secondly, click on one of the download links in my signature, tell me if they download completely.

I found it! ;P try opening it as administrator.
*right click FTB_Launcher.exe ---> open as: administrator*
it probably has something to do with a firewall of some sort, i had the same problem, but i resolved it with this trick.

i fixed it by reinstall java and the ftb launcher, i run the exe. remember to delete the ftb folder at %appdata%, or else it wont work. before you do that remember youre going to lose all, your world and saves. so pick out the once you want.
