Game crashes when trying to open a distribution pipe

Minecraft Version: 1.4.6 (Direwolf20 pack V4 + Additional Pipes, Logistics Pipes and Power Converters)
Java Version: 7u10
Description of Issue: Game crashes when trying to open the GUI for a distribution pipe.

The rest of the GUI's for Additional Pipes (teleport, advanced wooden etc) work fine

Huh...

I got rid of my original setup because it was really a glorified test world and right now I tried to recreate it and the GUI opened up just fine
