Game Crashes on loading

Well the first thing to test and I do mean test is remove or disable optifine just to see if the pack runs. If it doesn't please post a new crash report.

Already tried that, get the same crash log! Had to set my mipmap to 0 as had serious lag but don't get it with optifine

Well... I hope someone know a little more than me about reading crash reports. The ones that are ticking server or ticking world related are the hardest one to figure out the cause. Ticking entities are easier to handle. But my guess at this point is there is something corrupted in the game save. Have you tried to create a new game just to see if that works? Also, have you tried restoring a backup?
