game crash when launching

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Upon further research I found that I was running short on memory and ftb isn't recognizing my 64 bit java. I definitely have a 64 bit OS as well as 64 bit java installed

In the launcher's options tab, check the boxes "Show Console" and "Reopen launcher when Minecraft exits". Then launch your pack again and when the crash/error/other problem
occurs/game stops responding longer than 5 minutes, click the "upload log" button in console window and give us the link.

Are you sure you have installed 64-bit java That image shows only your operating system bitness. Oracle's web site has bad habit automatically offer 32-bit version. http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and "Windows Offline (64-bit)" is safest location to get correct version.

Ok, I've reinstalled java 64 bit. And the launcher is recognizing the 64 bit. But now I'm getting the "error extracting native libraries" cannot find twitch-platform-5.16-natives-windows-64.jar
