Details of the issue:

After reboot can't start the game as it instantly crashes every time.​

No, I'm pretty sure I closed game normally. On the next day I couldn't launch it.

Tried to update forestry and delete player data, but didn't change anything.

Try and revert to a backup and see if that works.

Check your Frorestry and Logistics Pipes versions for updates. Also, try if (perhaps only temporarily) removing any MineTweaker scripts relating to Forestry helps.

Updating LP seems to have fixed it, thank you.
