Fusion Reactor ingredient preference?

With the new version of the Gregtech fusion reactor, which is more logical to use - a combination of deuterium and helium-3 or a combination of deuterium and tritium?

Deuterium and Tritium are manufactured from water whereas you will need to collect a lot of materials for Helium-3 cells.

if you got a witch farm, then helium-3 route is viable.

Either way, the tritanium (I got into a habit of spelling it like that, sry) route makes the most sense.
