Fully powered IC2 machines suddenly stop working.i

Alright, this may seem like it should go in another section and I should be shunned for being so stupid.
But I have a perfect amount of to my machines (Compressor, Macerator, the basics), and they suddenly stop working, this isn't to do with the power, as I have done the exact same design in single player and it works fine (and when I reset the server they are back to normal).

I know I could just frequently restart the server but, ain't nobody got time fo' dat.

I have this happen time to time on my server. I had the player move the machines to another chunk and the problem never happened after that. chunk must have got corrupt or something.
If you move it out of that chunk it might work. you can see chunks if you turn on the chunk grid in the minimap options.
