Well I enjoyed my Season 1 FTB episodes a lot and since Ultimate is pretty much going away, we migrated the server to Unleashed! So far so good.

All released versions of the many variations of FTB are available through the FTB Launcher.

To Specifically answer your question. When you open the launcher, choose FTB Unleashed in the left pane, and then above the right pane you choose the drop down that says "Recommended" by default. All version are under that. If you choose a new one, the Launcher will download it in place of your current version.
